Curried waldorf salad

Ingredients

2½ | cup | Diced Red Delicious apple |
1½ | cup | Diced Granny Smith apple |
1 | cup | Diagonally sliced celery |
½ | cup | Raisins |
1 | tablespoon | Chopped walnuts |
2 | teaspoons | Curry powder |
¼ | teaspoon | Pepper |
½ | cup | Plain low-fat yogurt |
2 | tablespoons | Honey |
Directions
Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl; toss well.
Combine curry powder and next 3 ingredients; stir well. Add to apple mixture, tossing gently to coat. Yield: 7 servings (serving size: about 1 cup).
