Daddy bob's sit down cider sauce

½ cup KETCHUP
1 tablespoon YELLOW MUSTARD
1 cup CIDER VINEGAR
1 teaspoon GROUND BLACK PEPPER
SALT TO TASTE

Directions

MAKES 1½ CUPS

IN A MEDIUM SAUCEPAN, WHISK TOGETHER KETCHUP AND MUSTARD. STIR IN VINEGAR, PEPPER AND SALT. SIMMER OVER MEDIUM LOW HEAT FOR 15 MINUTES. STORE UNUSED SAUCE INDEFINATELY IN A COOL DARK PLACE.

USE: ON PORK BARBECUE AND ANY OTHER MEAT THAT NEEDS A WAKE UP CALL. JIM'S BROTHER, CHUCK, ONCE BASTED JIM'S NOSE WITH IT.
