Sweet cider mustard

1 Cup

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ cup Sugar
¼ cup Dry mustard
1 dash Salt
1 large Egg
cup Apple cider vinegar

Directions

Combine all ingredients in container of an electric blender; process 20 seconds or until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides. Pour mixture into a heavy saucepan.

Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, 5 minutes or until mixture is thickened; cool completely.
