Apple cider sauce for ham

4 | pounds | Mcintosh Apples Pared And Quartered |
1 | cup | Sugar |

Directions
In a 4 quart saucepan bring cider to boiling. Boil gently over medium heat about 20 minutes or until cider is reduced to specified amount in recipe.
Add quartered apples and sugar; toss gently to combine. Gently simmer apples covered until apples are soft-- about 20 minutes. Stir once. Serve warm with ham.

Note the reduced cider is entered so that when the number of servings is changed the reduced amount will be accurate.
