Danish coffee cake

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 cups Flour
1 cup Brown sugar
1 cup White sugar
1 cup Margarine
1 tablespoon Cinnamon
2 Eggs
1 cup Applesauce
1 teaspoon Baking soda
½ cup Nuts

Directions

Blend the first 5 ingredients like a pie crust (set aside 1 cup). Add: The eggs, applesauce, and soda. Mix together. Put in a greased 9x13 inch pan.

Sprinkle with ½ cup nuts and remainder of 1 cup that was set aside. Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes.
