Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Dates
1 pounds Pecans
1 cup Flour
½ teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoons Baking powder
1 cup Sugar
4 Eggs, separated
1 teaspoon Vanilla

Directions

Sift flour, salt and baking powder 3 times. Dredge dates and pecans in flour. Mix all together, adding egg whites last. Bake at 200 degrees for 1 hour until golden brown. Randy Rigg Submitted By RANDY RIGG On 12-21-94
