Ingredients

4 slices Italian bread 1\" thick; cut into 1\" cubes
1 can Spam luncheon meat - (12 oz); cubed
2 cups Cherry tomatoes; cut in half
10 Radishes; thinly sliced
1 small Cucumber; peeled, diced
½ cup Slivered red onion
1 cup Olive oil vinaigrette
6 cups Torn mixed salad greens

Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Arrange bread cubes in single layer on baking sheet. Bake 5 to 10 minutes or until toasted.

In large bowl, combine Spam, tomatoes, radishes, cucumber, and onion. Add bread cubes and salad dressing. Toss. Serve on salad greens.
