Diabetic sweet and sour sauce

⅓ | cup | Chicken broth |
⅓ | cup | Red wine vinegar |
2 | tablespoons | Frozen concentrated pineapple juice |
2 | tablespoons | Chopped pimiento |
1 | tablespoon | Soy sauce |
¼ | teaspoon | Garlic powder |
¼ | teaspoon | Ground ginger |
2 | packs | Equal; (artificial sugar sweetener) |
Directions
Combine cornstarch and chicken broth in small saucepan. Stir in all remaining ingredients except Equal. Cook over medium heat , stirring until thickened and bubbly. Remove from heat and stir in Equal..Serve warm.
