Doctor zeus zucchini bread

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 Eggs
1 cup Oil
2 cups Sugar
2 teaspoons Vanilla
2 cups Zucchini; shredded
8½ ounce Crushed pineapple; drained
1 cup Nuts; chopped
½ cup Raisins
3 cups Flour
1½ teaspoon Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Salt
¾ teaspoon Nutmeg
2 teaspoons Baking soda
¼ teaspoon Baking powder

Directions

Beat the eggs, oil, sugar, and vanilla in a large bowl until thick.
