Dolcelatta and pancetta en croustade

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 40 grams pac fresh 'n' ready rocket
1 125 gram pac pancetta; fried until crispy
; and brown
1 Avocado; cut into cubes
125 grams Dolcelatta cheese; crumbled
tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
½ tablespoon Honey
125 millilitres Olive oil; (4fl oz)
Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Directions

Fill the rolls with a little of the rocket salad.

Pile in the pancetta and avocado then lay the crumbled dolcelatta over the top.

Liquidise the vinegar, honey and olive oil together then pour over the top.

Season to taste.
