Dolcelatte and orange salad

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pack Mixed salad leaves
2 larges Oranges; peeled and
; segmented
125 grams Dolcelatte cheese; cubed (4oz)
25 grams Pinenut kernels; toasted (1oz)
3 tablespoons Olive oil
2 tablespoons Red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon Wholegrain mustard
1 tablespoon Freshly chopped coriander
Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Directions

FOR THE DRESSING

1. Arrange the salad on a large serving plate and scatter over the orange segments.

2. Top with the dolcelatte cubes and sprinkle over the nuts.

3. Blend together the dressing ingredients and drizzle over the salad.

Serve immediately with warm slices of ciabatta Converted by MC_Buster.
