Double-ring sandwiches

⅛ | cup | Chopped; cooked bacon |
3 | tablespoons | Mayonnaise or salad dressing |
3 | slices | Whole wheat bread |
3 | slices | White bread |
1 | tablespoon | Soft butter or margarine |
12 | slices | Stuffed green olives |
Directions
Combine eggs, bacon, and mayonnaise or salad dressing. Cut each slice of the whole wheat and white bread into two 2-inch rounds with a cookie cutter, then cut the center from half of the rounds to form circles. Spread butter or margarine on rounds, then spread with 1 tablespoon egg bacon filling. Place a circle of bread over filling, and place a slice of stuffed olive in the center of each circle. Yield: 12 party sandwiches.
