Double-ring sandwiches

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 Hard-cooked eggs; chopped
cup Chopped; cooked bacon
3 tablespoons Mayonnaise or salad dressing
3 slices Whole wheat bread
3 slices White bread
1 tablespoon Soft butter or margarine
12 slices Stuffed green olives

Directions

Combine eggs, bacon, and mayonnaise or salad dressing. Cut each slice of the whole wheat and white bread into two 2-inch rounds with a cookie cutter, then cut the center from half of the rounds to form circles. Spread butter or margarine on rounds, then spread with 1 tablespoon egg bacon filling. Place a circle of bread over filling, and place a slice of stuffed olive in the center of each circle. Yield: 12 party sandwiches.
