Drop by spoon tea cakes

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Sugar
2 Eggs
1 tablespoon Butter
2 tablespoons Crisco shortening
1 teaspoon Vanilla flavor
3 cups Self-rising flour
1 cup Water

Directions

Spoon drop tea cakes. Stir mix sugar, butter, Crisco shortening, and vanilla flavor. Add flour, water and eggs; mix well. For each tea cake drop one tablespoonful of the dough on a cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees until brown. Watch to keep from burning.
