Dutch relish

Ingredients
Quantity | Ingredient | |

4 | cups | Zucchini, diced |
1 | cup | Vinegar |
½ | cup | Sugar |
¼ | cup | Prepared horseradish |
1 | teaspoon | Salt |
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a stainless steel or enamelware saucepan and bring to a boil. Cool completely. Drain to serve. Makes about 4 cups.
