Eastern star chili (minnesota)

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1⅔ pounds Coarse ground chuck
1⅓ cup Chopped onion
1 tablespoon Salt
½ tablespoon Pepper
4 cups Chopped celery, precooked a
22 ounces Tomatoes; chopped
22 ounces Kidney beans
8 ounces Tomato soup
2 tablespoons Brown sugar
tablespoon Chili powder

Directions

Brown ground chuck and onions in a large pot. Add all other ingredients. Cover and simmer for about 1 hour.

Makes 1 gallon.

Note: I suggest you cut down on the sugar and celery.
