Ingredients

3 ounces Jalapeno peppers, chopped
8 ounces Red peppers, chopped
8 tablespoons Capsicum pepper
3 Chinese chilies, dried
4 teaspoons Cayenne
4 pounds Beef, ground
4 Bell pepper, chopped
52 ounces Kidney beans
4 Onion, medium, chopped
12 tablespoons Chili powder
2 teaspoons Mustard powder
48 ounces Stewed tomatoes
48 ounces Corn, cut
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
2 cups Wine

Directions

OPTIONAL

Brown ground beef. Add chopped peppers and onion. After onions and peppers are cooked add every thing else. Simmer for 2 hours, stir occ.

Serve the beans on the side, if you must.
