Easy black bean chili

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 can Black beans; (Progresso is good), partially drained
Canned chopped tomatoes; (add to taste)
tablespoon Chili powder
¼ teaspoon Cayenne; (more if you like it spicy)
3 tablespoons Chopped onion; (use dried minced onion to save time)
¼ teaspoon Garlic powder

Directions

This is a chili that I make for myself when I'm starved and have no time.

It's also low-fat and really easy! Mix all ingredients, cook for about 15 minutes or so, until the flavors blend. Top with shredded cheddar.
