Easy cheese taco soup

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Ground chuck; browned & drained
3 cans (16 oz) stewed tomatoes
12 ounces Fulkerson's Reserve Red Wine
16 ounces Red kidney beans
16 ounces White kidney beans
16 ounces Pinto beans
16 ounces Whole kernel corn
1 pack Taco mix
1 pack Hidden Valley party mix
1 can (small) chopped chilies
1 cup Salsa
Red pepper sauce; to taste
12 ounces Heluva Good taco Blend; shredded cheese

Directions

Mix all ingredients, except cheese, together and simmer 2 - 3 hours. After simmering, add sheese. Serve soup with more cheese on top, if desired, and tortilla chips.
