Taco soup

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ pounds Ground turkey
1 small Onion, chopped
1 28 oz can tomatoes, slightly blended
1 15 oz can kidney beans, undrained
2 To 3 Tbsp. taco seasoning
17 ounces Whole kernel corn, undrained

Directions

This is a really easy soup to prepare. Cornbread and tortilla chips go well with it. You can also add some "hot" to it if you desire.

It also is a good soup to put in the crock pot.

Brown turkey and onion. Drain well. Add remaining ingredients.

Simmer for 15 minutes.

Serves 6 to 8.
