I got this one from an old bird bagger named Preston Mann. This will work with ringnecks, quail or chukar and is a can't wreck the meal recipe.
Use Pillsbury Crescent Roll dough to wrap breast meat from any of the above listed game birds. Toss in anything you may think tasty - raisins, apple, onion garlic, celery, orange- use your imagination. Seal the meat and goodies in the dough by pinching. Into the oven at 350 for 10-15 minutes, when the dough is brown the bird is done.
