Ingredients

1½ | cup | Sugar |
1 | cup | Butter |
4 | Eggs | |
2 | cups | Flour |
1 | tablespoon | Lemon juice -or- |
1 | teaspoon | Vanilla |
1 | can | Blueberry or cherry pie filling; drained |

Directions
Mix butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time; beat after each addition. Add flour and lemon juice.
Pour batter in 15-½" X 10-½" X 1" jelly roll pan. Mark dough with knife into squares. Put heaping spoonful of filling in each square. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. When cool, cut into squares and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
