Egg kichelach

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 Eggs
½ cup Oil
2 tablespoons Sugar
1 cup Sifted flour
¼ teaspoon Salt

Directions

Beat eggs until light and fluffy. Then beat in remaining ingredients, until very smooth . Drop from a teaspoon onto a greased baking sheet about 3-inches apart. Sprinkle with sugar, if desired.
