Directions
English Muffin Bread (I've made this for many overnight guests for breakfast it's wonderful. Just start the timer and in the morning, bread pops out!)
Medium Loaf: 1 - 1½ C water
1 ¼ tsp sugar
⅔ tsp salt
⅛ tsp baking soda
2 c bread flour
2 T nonfat dry milk
1 ½ tsp yeast
