English muffin bread 2

cup Water; (1 1/4 C)
1 teaspoon Sugar; (2 tsp)
½ teaspoon Salt; (1 tsp)
dash Baking Soda; (1/4 tsp)
cup Bread Flour; (3 Cups)
tablespoon Nonfat Dry Milk; (3 Tb)
1 teaspoon Yeast; (1 1/2 tsp)

Directions

English Muffin Bread (I've made this for many overnight guests for breakfast it's wonderful. Just start the timer and in the morning, bread pops out!)

Medium Loaf: 1 - 1½ C water

1 ¼ tsp sugar

⅔ tsp salt

⅛ tsp baking soda

2 c bread flour

2 T nonfat dry milk

1 ½ tsp yeast
