English toasted bread - sourdough abm

2 teaspoons Active dry yeast
cup Bread flour
2 tablespoons Dry milk
1 teaspoon Sea salt
½ teaspoon Baking soda
cup Warm water
½ cup Sourdough starter
1 tablespoon Canola oil
1 teaspoon Honey
1 pack Active dry yeast
3 cups Bread flour
3 tablespoons Dry milk
teaspoon Sea salt
¾ teaspoon Baking soda
cup Warm water
¾ cup Sourdough starter
tablespoon Canola oil
2 teaspoons Honey

Directions

1 POUND LOAF

1-½ POUND LOAF

In a small cup combine warm water and baking soda and set aside for 5 minutes. Add dry ingredients to machine and then wet ingredients, including baking soda-water mixture. Start machine using whole wheat mode.
