F.c. nectarine salad

½ | cup | Sweet Red Pepper, chopped |
¼ | cup | Green Onions, thinly sliced |
¼ | cup | Vegetable Oil |
2 | tablespoons | Lime Juice |
1 | tablespoon | Cider Vinegar |
¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
⅛ | teaspoon | Black Pepper, ground |
Leaf Lettuce |
Directions
Combine nectarines, red pepper and onions in a small bowl. Whisk together oil, lime juice, wine vinegar, salt and pepper. Pour over nectarine mixture. Refrigerate. Mound on lettuce to serve.
