Directions
Beef: Round steak (aka minute steak), cut ⅛" thick, usually sold 2 per package at 3 to 4 ounces each. Saute or pan-fry in a very hot skillet one and a half minutes for medium-rare.
Lamb: Chop or leg steaks, about ¾" thick. Grill, broil, or pan-fry.
Chicken: Boneless breast, about two per one-pound package. Saute, grill or pan-fry eight to ten minutes.
Pork: ¼ to ½" thick cutlets (aka breakfast chops), about four per one-pound package. Pan-fry five to six minutes, turning once.
Fish: Shrimp. Broil or saute one to three minutes, depending on size.
Vegetable: Snow peas. Boil or stir-fry one to two minutes.
Grain: Couscous. Boil water; add couscous and let stand five minutes.
