Favorite summer salad

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 Pineapple, fresh
6 Apricots; halved
1 Banana; sliced
1 cup Cantaloupe balls
1 cup Watermelon balls
1 cup Grapes, white seedless
1 cup Coconut, flaked
16 ounces Sour cream
¼ cup Pecans; chopped

Directions

Chill pineapple overnight. Peel and core pineapple; cut into bite-size chunks. Combine fruit; add flaked coconut, and toss gently.

Combine sour cream and pecans; spoon over fruit. Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
