Favorite sweet potato casserole

Ingredients

| 4 | cups | Hot Sweet Potatoes; mashed |
| ½ | Margarine | |
| ¼ | cup | Orange Juice |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| Miniature Marshmallows | ||
Directions
Combine hot mashed potatoes, margarine , orange juice and salt. Whip in one cup miniature marshmallows. Place in a 1½ qt. casserole. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Top with additional marshmallows. Return to oven until marshmallows are lightly browned.
Serves 6 - 8
