Cathy's sweet potato casserole

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 cups Cooked mashed sweet potatoes (up to 3)
½ cup White sugar
½ cup Brown sugar
½ cup Butter or margarine
2 Eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon Vanilla
cup Evaporated milk
½ teaspoon Cinnamon (up to 1)
¼ teaspoon Salt
1 cup Chopped pecans
½ cup Self rising flour
cup Butter or margarine
1 cup Brown sugar

Directions

TOP WITH

Combine above ingredients until well blended, pour into greased baking dish. You might want to run the sweet potatoes through the blender or food processor.

Top with: Mix above until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over casserole and bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
