Fiesta chicken quesadillas

Ingredients

4 8-inch fat-free flour tortillas
Nonstick cooking spray
1 cup Cooked chicken; Chopped
½ cup Thin red bell pepper strips
¼ cup Thin green bell pepper strips
2 ounces Reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese; Shredded
½ cup Old El Paso Homestyle Garden Pepper Salsa
1 tablespoon Sliced green onions

Directions

1. Heat oven to 450F. Line 15x10x1-inch baking pan with foil. Spray both sides of each tortillas lightly with nonstick cooking spray. Place 2 tortillas on foil-lined pan. Sprinkle each with half of the chicken, bell pepper strips and cheese. Top with remaining 2 tortillas.

2. Bake for 3-5 minutes or until light brown and crisp. Cut into wedges; serve with salsa and green onions.
