1 pounds Cod fillets
cup Corn flake crumbs
2 ounces Fat-free cheddar cheese (sold in slices)
¼ cup Picante sauce
¼ Garlic salt
1 Garlic clove (pressed; then discarded)

Directions

Preheat oven 400 . Coat fillets w/ corn flake crumbs. In small bowl, combine Picante sauce, salt and garlic salt. Spoon Picante sauce mixture over fillets. Place ½ slice cheese on top of each fillet and sprinkle with remaining corn flake crumbs. In broiler pan, bake fish for 15 to 20 minutes (longer if fish fillets or thicker).
