Fish ring mousse

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 tablespoon Unflavored gelatin
¼ cup Cold water
1 can Tomato soup
1 pack (large) cream cheese
1 cup Mayonnaise
Salt to taste
cup Finely chopped celery
1 teaspoon Grated onion
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 cans Crab; lobster, shrimp or tuna

Directions

Heat soup until warm. Dissolve gelatin in water & stir into warm soup.

Soften cheese & beat into tomato mixture. Add remaining ingredients. Oil mold & pour in fish mixture. Chill until firm.
