Crab mousse

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 tablespoons Unflavored gelatin
½ cup Cold water
1 cup Boiling water
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 cup Whipping cream
2 cups Flaked crabmeat
tablespoon Pimiento
6 Stuffed olives, stuffed
½ Green peper, diced
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Soften gelatin in cold water. Dissolve in boiling water, then chill.

Fold in mayonnaise, whipped cream, crabmeat, pimiento, olives and green pepper. Turn into a cold, wet 6 cup mold and chill until set.
