| 1 | cup | Cubed potatoes |
| ¾ | cup | Diced celery |
| ¾ | cup | Sliced onion |
| Salt and pepper to taste | ||
| 1 | tablespoon | Au jus powder |
| 1 | can | (14 oz) chopped tomatoes with juice. |
Directions
Grease a 2 quart casserole well and layer in order given: Bake covered @ 250o for 5 hours. Do not look at it. Go paint.
