1 | cup | Egg Beaters, beaten |
¼ | cup | Light rum |

Directions
*Or 2 tablespoons brown sugar and ½ teaspoon Sweet 'n Low Brown Preheat oven to 350F. Combine all ingredients and beat well with mixer. Fold into a 2-qt. baking dish that has been sprayed with a nonfat cooking spray. Bake 45-50 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean and top is firm and golden brown.
