½ | cup | Corn oil |
¼ | cup | Chopped onion |
1½ | teaspoon | Grated lemon peel |
3 | tablespoons | Fresh lemon juice |
1 | Fish (4-5 lb) |
Directions
Mix together garlic, salt, oregano, basil, thyme & pepper. Stir in onion, lemon peel & lemon juice. Tear off 1 sheet of 18" heavy duty aluminum foil twice length of fish plus 3"; place foil in baking pan with half the piece extending over the edge. Place fish on foil; pour marinade over fish. Bring extending part over & seal on 3 sides with double folds; refrigerate 1 hour. Bake in 375 oven about 45 minutes.
