Foiled carrots

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 Carrots; (aprox) per serving
½ cup Butter (or marg.); melted
Salt; to taste
Pepper; to taste
Parsley sprigs

Directions

Punch 3 or 4 holds in each carrot with a metal skewer. Place carrots for individual servings on squares of aluminum foil. Brush with melted butter, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and add a sprig of parsley. Fold foil to seal packet and cook on grill at low heat for 45 to 50 minutes.
