Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 cups Tomato juice
2 tablespoons Sugar
3 tablespoons Tapioca
2 teaspoons Salt
1 each Onions
4 eaches Carrots
1 each Celery stalk
4 eaches Potatoes
1 pounds Beef stew meat

Directions

Combine tomato juice sugar, tapioca, and salt in crockpot on Low. Dice onion. Slice carrots. Chop celery. Cube potatoes and beef. Add vegetables to crockpot, then meat. Cover with tomato juice mixture.

Cook on Low for 8-10 hours.
