Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 Chicken, cut up
4 tablespoons Margarine
4 tablespoons Honey
4 tablespoons Soy Sauce
4 tablespoons Lemon Juice

Directions

Place chicken in baking dish, skin side down [if you leave it on].

Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan and cook over low heat until dissolved. Pour over chicken. Bake uncovered at 350 deg F for 1 hour, turning once and basting frequently until covered with a rich brown sauce.
