Directions
Make a lengthwise slit in the frankfurter.
Fill with a stick of sharp cheese ¼-inch thick.
Wrap each frankfurter in spiral fashion with a whole slice of bacon.
Fasten each with a toothpick.
Place split side up in a baking dish.
Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes, turn if necessary to cook the bacon.
