Directions
1. Choose very fresh, tender pods of the same size.
2. Wash well, then snip off the ends, if you wish.
3. Blanch 1-½ minutes. Cool; drain well.
4. Tray freeze or pack into containers. Seal, label, and freeze.
5. Cook edible pod peas just until heated through and crisp tender, about 2 to 3 minutes.
