Fresh cherry clafouti

Vegetable cooking spray | ||
½ | cup | Pitted sweet cherries |
⅔ | cup | Nonfat buttermilk |
3 | tablespoons | Sugar |
3 | tablespoons | All-purpose flour |
2 | teaspoons | Brandy |
1 | Egg -- lightly beaten | |
1 | teaspoon | Powdered sugar |
Directions
Coat 2 (5-ounce) ramekins or custard cups with cooking spray. Place ¼ cup cherries into each ramekin; set aside. Combine buttermilk and next 4 ingredients, stirring with a wire whisk until well blended. Pour evenly over cherries. Place ramekins on a baking sheet. Bake at 375 for 35 minutes or until puffed and set. Sprinkle the top of each with ½ teaspoon powdered sugar.
