Fresh fig salad with kiwi-lime dressing

Ingredients

½ cup Honeydew melon balls
½ cup Small strawberries; hulled
2 tablespoons Lime juice; divided
1 small Kiwi; peeled and chopped
2 tablespoons Fat-free mayo
2 tablespoons Nonfat sour cream
1 tablespoon Honey
Torn lettuce and chopped pecans for garnish

Directions

In a medium bowl, toss figs, blueberries, melon, and strawberries with 1 tbsp of lime juice. In a food processor, porcess the kiwi, mayo, sour cream and honey with remaining lime juice. Serve fruit over torn lettuce; top with dressing. Sprinkle with pecans. Makes 4 servings.
