Fresh fig salad with kiwi-lime dressing

½ | cup | Small strawberries; hulled |
2 | tablespoons | Lime juice; divided |
1 | small | Kiwi; peeled and chopped |
2 | tablespoons | Fat-free mayo |
2 | tablespoons | Nonfat sour cream |
1 | tablespoon | Honey |
Torn lettuce and chopped pecans for garnish |
Directions
In a medium bowl, toss figs, blueberries, melon, and strawberries with 1 tbsp of lime juice. In a food processor, porcess the kiwi, mayo, sour cream and honey with remaining lime juice. Serve fruit over torn lettuce; top with dressing. Sprinkle with pecans. Makes 4 servings.
