Fresh garden loaf

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Spinach
½ pounds Green beans
½ pounds Walnuts
1 large Onion, quartered
2 Carrots, cut into pieces
1 Stalk celery, cut in pieces
1 cup Soft bread crumbs
1 cup Baked beans ( 15 1/2 oz )
3 Eggs, slightly beate
1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
2 teaspoons Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
¼ teaspoon Paprika
½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
½ cup Crushed potato chips
½ cup Water

Directions

Heat oven to 350 F. Grease a shallow baking pan. Wash green vegetabl put through food grinder or chop together with nuts, onion, carrots, celery and crumbs; mash beans and blend into vegetable mixture. Add e oil and seasonings; blend well. Shape into and 8" loaf; place in baki pan. Sprinkle with potato chip crumbs. Bake 1 hour or until loaf is firm, adding ½ cup water by tablespoon while loaf is cooking.
