Fresh salsa/totally tomato cookbook

4 Cups

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 larges Tomatoes, chopped
½ Red onion, diced
2 Serrano or jalapeno peppers stemmed and finely diced with seeds
½ cup Chopped fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons Lime juice
¼ teaspoon Salt
x Optional: liquid hot pepper sauce to taste

Directions

PREPARATION

Combine ingredients in mixing bowl. Toss well and taste for seasonings.

Adjust with salt and hot pepper sauce. Store in refrigerator, in sealed container as long as one day.
