Fresh salsa/totally tomato cookbook

Ingredients

3 | larges | Tomatoes, chopped |
½ | Red onion, diced | |
2 | Serrano or jalapeno peppers stemmed and finely diced with seeds | |
½ | cup | Chopped fresh cilantro |
2 | tablespoons | Lime juice |
¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
x | Optional: liquid hot pepper sauce to taste |
Directions
PREPARATION
Combine ingredients in mixing bowl. Toss well and taste for seasonings.
Adjust with salt and hot pepper sauce. Store in refrigerator, in sealed container as long as one day.
