Fresh strawberry butter - country cooking

1 1/2 cups

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Sliced fresh strawberries, pureed
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
2 tablespoons Confectioners' sugar

Directions

1. In food processor fitted with plastic blade, or in medium-size bowl with electric mixer, beat strawberry puree into butter until fairly smooth (mixture should have a few little pieces of fruit).

2. Beat in sugar; pack strawberry butter into serving bowl or mold.

Refrigerate until firm.
