Fresh strawberry pie 1

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
cup Sugar
4 tablespoons Cornstarch
cup Water
quart Fresh strawberries
1 pack Strawberry gelatin powder
1 Pie shell; 9 inch, baked

Directions

Cook sugar, cornstarch and water until it looks clear, about 10 minutes.

Add 1 box strawberry jello. Cool. Place strawberries in bottom of pie shell. Pour cooled mix on top of berries. Place in refrigerator to completely cool before serving. Garnish with Whipped Topping or Cool Whip.
