Frozen strawberry pie

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Whipping cream
¾ cup Strawberries
2 Egg whites
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
1 cup Sugar
1 Prepared pie shell

Directions

Beat egg whites until fluffy.

Add berries, lemon juice, sugar and beat no less than 15 minutes.

Whip cream until thick; fold into other mixture.

Pour into prepared pie shell and freeze until ready to serve. (Graham cracker shell works well).

Other berries or fruit may be substitued for the strawberries. - - - - Alternative: Use one 12 oz. container Cool Whip or other non-dairy topping instead of cream.
