Fresh tossed salad

Ingredients

1 Head romaine lettuce
Torn into bite-sized pieces.
1 cup Watercress leaves
1 small Packag frozen snow peas; ( 1 cup)
½ cup Frozen crinkle-cut carrots
tablespoon Finely chopped green onions
cup Thinly sliced radishes
cup Fresh bean sprouts
¾ teaspoon Sugar
tablespoon Distilled white vinegar
teaspoon Soy sauce
teaspoon Water
teaspoon Sesame oil
teaspoon Grated fresh ginger

Directions

In serving bowl, combine lettuce, watercress leaves, snow peas, crinkle-cut carrots, green onions, radishes and sprouts. In a jar with a tight fitting lid, combine sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, water, sesame oil and ginger. Cover jar and shake well. Pour dressing over Salad and toss. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Approximately 5 minutes.
