Fresh green salad

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 packs Gelatin; unflavored; (2 tb.)
½ cup Water; cold
1 cup Water; boiling
2 tablespoons Lemon juice;
2 tablespoons Sugar;
¼ teaspoon Salt;
8 ounces Onion salad dressing;
cup Spinach; raw; chopped
cup Celery; chopped
½ cup Radishes; chopped
2 tablespoons Green onions; chopped

Directions

Soften gelatin in cold water in a medium bowl; add boiling water and stir until dissolved. Stir in lemon juice, sugar, and salt. chill until slighlty thickened.

Combine salad dressing with remaining ingredients; gently fold into gelatin. Spoon into a 6-cup mold, and chill until firm.
